Q. Does PROACTEL provide any training?
A. Upon request, we refer candidates for educational training in specialized institutions if they lack the expertise on their targeted ideal position.
Q. When I apply for a position on your Web site, how will I know
the start date?
A. Postings' starting date differ from one company to another . While some
of the positions have immediate availability, others are posted with time
in advance to allow time for processing. Candidates are informed accordingly.
Q. Once I have sent you my resume, how long does it take for PROACTEL
to process the information and send it to a prospective company?
A. Once you have sent your resume by completing the registration form on
our website, you will be contacted by one of our recruiters for a phone
interview or for a face-to-face interview only at the time we have a job
opening that matches your skills and experience.
Q. When will I be requested to meet the prospective company representative?
A. This will depend on our client's urgency to fill the particular position.
We will arrange a person to person interview as soon as the client requests
the interview take place.
Q. At which point do you check my references?
A. References are checked immediately after one of our customers expresses
interest in presenting you with a possible offer and in some cases before
you are sent for the first interview with our client.
Q. What is the time frame once PROACTEL contacts me for a prospective
position until the time I am hired?
A. In most cases we contact professionals to fill a position that is available
and matches his/hers qualifications. PROACTEL also initiates contact with
qualified professionals in an effort to find out where they are in their
career and ask questions about their ideal job. If a qualified professional
is not interested in the position that PROACTEL had in mind for them among
the open postings, PROACTEL will initiate a search and market you based
on your likes and dislikes to companies we believe would be a good fit.
Q. Does PROACTEL provide any training?

Q. What type of screening does PROACTEL take into consideration
prior to presenting prospective candidates?
A. We conduct personal interviews and request professional and personal
character references from all candidates. This includes at least three former
supervisors. In addition, and upon client’s request PROACTEL performs
background checks and different types of psychological tests, tailored to
the type and level of the position.
Q. How does Proactel source its candidates?
A. Most of our candidates come from personal referrals, a lot come from
our internal networking and from resumes received directly from our Web
site.
Q. Does PROACTEL assist the employer in negotiating the best salary
possible for the candidate?
A. We try to accommodate both our customers and our professionals to ensure
that both parties reach a final agreement that represents a win-win situation.
Q. What types of candidates can I ask PROACTEL to find for me as
a start up business?
A. PROACTEL not only conducts searches for six figure type of executives.
We also assist our clients with middle management type jobs such as Engineers,
Sales Professionals, Customer Support and so forth. We have a vast database
to draw from and guarantee to identify professionals that will represent
your company accordingly.
Q. What happens if a candidate from PROACTEL leaves the company before
completing the guarantee period or we are not satisfied with the candidate’s
performance?
A. PROACTEL will find a replacement for you in an expedited
fashion and at no additional cost. We realize that, even with all of our
safeguards, someone may not be a good fit for your organization.
Q. What if my company is based in California, how can a Miami company
help me to grow?
A. PROACTEL has a network of candidates throughout the United States and
Latin America. We can bring candidates to you that are in your backyard
or relocate an ideal professional from one of many hubs for professionals
throughout the country and the region.
