Assessing your needs
Developing a thorough understanding of our client’s business including: Company history, philosophy, strategy, organization, style, products, services and markets.
Develop Job Description and submits a formal outline of the position specifications for client approval.
Finding the Best
Consultants identify candidates from two resources: internal networking -our consultants and our firm’s proprietary databank of specialized candidates.
The executives are approached directly by our consultants. We take pride in our commitment to managing long-term relationships with our candidates.
Our Evaluation
Conduct our interviews utilizing a number of diverse evaluation techniques which vary depending upon the specific client requirements and the position specifications.
Presentation of the top three to five candidates we believe are a perfect fit for the position. However, we continuously search for talent until the search is completed.
Background Checks. Our firm conducts confidential, in-depth reference checks by speaking to individuals with a first hand knowledge of the candidate’s work history, operating style, strengths and weaknesses. This information is confidentially provided to our clients.
Assessments Tests
Upon the client’s request and as the client’s policies and procedures permit, PROACTEL may conduct Psychological Testing or Management Assessment testing of selected candidate(s).
Brokering the placement process
We act as a third party or "broker”, to assist our client in resolving any differences that may arise during the hiring process. Our experience at this stage is critical to resolving any remaining concerns and finalizing the offer.
