We select candidates who fulfill the exact technical and experience requirements of our clients. We establish a fit by a process of interviews and reference checks and then present your qualifications once we have agreed on your career and financial aspirations. We request information from you to allow us to perform reference and background checks and provide full coordination with the client interviews and job offer.

Candidate Selection

Due to our expertise, PROACTEL only selects candidates who meet the specific academic and technical requirements as established by our clients in the job description.

Candidate Interviews

Once we have identified you as an ideal candidate, one of our consultants will contact you via telephone to determine general availability and interest in the position. We will then ask you to meet for a personal interview as we believe that face-to-face meetings help to present a more complete recommendation to our client.

We will encourage and support efforts to reach your full potential, providing career counseling, other opportunities and other appropriate avenues for growth. PROACTEL will maintain a climate responsive to your needs and conducive to the full contribution of your talents.

Candidate Presentation

PROACTEL prepares a presentation including a detailed recommendation of the person for the position. The consultant works with the professional to agree on the details of the presentation to the client such as career objectives and compensation requirements.

Background Checks

We ask our professionals for 3 to 5 references of past direct supervisors. These are handled in a highly confidential manner and references are contacted at the time our client advises of a possible offer to our candidate. At our client’s request, we may conduct full background checks including verification of academic information. We may check any other information as requested by our client.

Client Interviews

We will coordinate all interviews between our candidate and our clients and will provide timely feedback and guidelines to assure our candidates are well informed of the process.

Compensation Requirements

We will provide income opportunities which closely relate performance with rewards and will maintain a climate responsive to your needs and conducive to the full contribution of your talents.

Negotiating the Offer

We serve as the point of contact between our client and you to assist with the negotiation and offer letter process to assure that you will be presented with the best possible opportunity and that your professional and financial requirements are being met.

We seek a commitment from our professionals to assess and accept our client’s offering of employment with honesty, integrity and responsibility.
