PROACTEL’S executive assessment provides an in-depth insight into an individual’s skills and experience, highlighting the degree of fit with the role and the organization as well as any potential risks.
We have designed a process to reflect the unique responsibilities and challenges faced by professionals and senior executives as well as the critical competencies needed to be successful at any level. We will engage in the assessment after our consultants have spent the necessary time to fully understand the organizational context and investigate all matters necessary to pinpoint exact leadership and competency requirements. Our assessment approach combines a series of techniques, as approved by our clients, that may include in-depth interviews, full psychometric tests and, where appropriate, business simulation techniques.
Following the evaluation, we provide a written recommendation presented in a two-page summary report explaining the reasoning behind our recommendations. Our consultants will also provide a full verbal debriefing to explore potential risks/advantages presented by a particular hire.
