Luisa founded Proactel International in 1998 and as its Managing Director has expanded the company to become notably one of the region’s premiere executive recruitement firms with over a decade of fast-track success. Previously, Luisa held various roles as the VP of Sales and HR for Miami-based Latin America telecommunications companies, including Americatel Corporation. With over 10 years of experience in Principal and senior executive roles, consistently Luisa has demonstrated compelling savvy in customer/client relations, as well as in visualizing and implementing superior strategy acumen as a leader of operations and start-up transformation for multinational companies. In addition to possessing a Business Degree in Human Resources, Luisa is an active gourmet cook.
