1. Talent Search
PROACTEL Talent Solutions has been designed to find the best talent for your corporation through a comprehensive search process which includes in-depth market research, talent identification and thorough evaluation of candidates including background and reference check.

We partner with our clients and monitor the process after the person has been selected for the job with the objective to assist our clients with any details regarding candidate’s adaptation to the new work environment and on boarding process.

Our fees are competitive and based largely on results; we charge a small retainer that guarantees our client’s commitment and successful completion of the search process and charge the larger part of the fee once the right candidate starts work.

Each placement is guaranteed and clients receive bi-weekly report or progress report with status of the search(es). Learn more…

2. Broken Search
We provide the services you need, whether it is research, candidate sourcing, background checks, and more.

A. Research: We will assign a recruiter to gather all pertinent information regarding your job order.

B. Candidate Sourcing: We will assign a recruiter to sort candidates and pre-screen them for availability, salary information and 5 “must have” skills or experience.

C. Interview Plus Recommendation: We will assign a recruiter to handle the full interview of the candidates chosen by the client and make a recommendation to the client.

D. Background Checks:

- Reference Checks

We will contact up to 3 (three) past supervisors for each candidate that is being evaluated and provide a report with names and contact information of all persons contacted whom provided a reference of the candidate.

- Academic Verification

We will contact up to 3 (three) academic entities (college, university or technical school) to corroborate veracity of the candidates academic background.

- Criminal Background Check

PROACTEL Talent Solutions, in collaboration with an accredited company that specializes in performing Criminal Background Checks, will coordinate the process and deliver a full report to the Client.

3. HOGAN Personality Assessment
Hogan Assessments Systems (HAS) is a consulting firm that assists organizations in building a competitive advantage through people. 4. Middle Management Assessment
PROACTEL’S Talent Solutions Assessment provides an in-depth insight into an individual’s skills and experience, highlighting the degree of fit with the role and the organization as well as any potential risks.

We have designed a process to reflect the unique responsibilities and challenges faced by professionals and senior executives as well as the critical competencies needed to be successful at any level. We will engage in the assessment after our consultants have spent the necessary time to fully understand the organizational context and investigate all matters necessary to pinpoint exact leadership and competency requirements. Our assessment approach combines a series of techniques, as approved by our clients, that may include in-depth interviews, full psychometric tests and, where appropriate, business simulation techniques.

Following the evaluation, we provide a written recommendation presented in a two-page summary report explaining the reasoning behind our recommendations. Our consultants will also provide a full verbal debriefing to explore potential risks/advantages presented by a particular hire. Learn More…
