Luisa Guzman founded Proactel International in 1998 and as its Managing Director has expanded the company to become notably one of the region’s premiere executive recruitment firms with over a decade of fast-track success. Previously, Luisa held various roles as the VP of Sales and HR for Miami-based Latin America telecommunications companies, including Americatel Corporation. With over 10 years of experience in Principal and Senior Executive roles, Luisa has consistently demonstrated compelling savvy in customer/client relations as well as in visualizing and implementing superior strategy acumen as a leader of operations and start-up transformation for multinational companies. Luisa possesses a Business Degree in Human Resources.
Carolina Yunis joined the company in March 2006 as the Recruitment Consultant. Since then, her responsibilities have expanded to include the business development and coordination with overseas representatives of all activities related to personality assessment tools (Hogan Assessment Services). Previously she held several jobs in technology services companies (CIMA, Cartridge World) in the areas of business development, human resources, administration, and accounting. Carolina holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Miami.
