Position Description
Our Client is looking for a Senior Financial Advisor with demonstrated success who would like to be a part of an exclusive team with a different approach to wealth management. Out client’s company offers a dynamic environment with tremendous growth potential not only within his/her position, but also within the company. The ideal candidate will have an existing book of business of 50 million, with a focus in Latin America, and will report to the Managing Director. Responsibilities Include:
• Manage and develop a portfolio of clients
• Maintain relationships with existing clients as well as establishing a network of new prospects.
• Be well versed on the firms range of products and services, explaining and recommending products to clients as appropriate
• Act as the client’s primary point of contact within the firm, building a long term personal relationship
• Develop and maintain client files ensuring that the level of information retained meets the Know Your Client (KYC) requirements
• Develop a consultative, rather than a transaction-oriented, approach toward clients
and prospects
• Be trained in financial products to suit a variety of objectives and risk levels
Experience/Skills Required
• Undergraduate degree in Business Administration or Finance
• 5-10 years of related financial advisory experience to Latin America clients
• Series 7 & 63
• Strong business development and relationship management skills in conjunction with expertise in a wide range of investment and banking products
• Track record of generating meaningful fees in private transactions and or public equities
• Polished communication skills
• Bilingual : English and Spanish
Compensation
The successful candidate will receive a competitive compensation package commensurate with experience and qualifications.
