Position Description
The Carrier Sales Director is responsible for Account Management of already existing clients, bringing new business and for increasing the company’s revenues by selling voice and data services to clients in the US and Latin America.
• Direct the distribution of telecommunications services to customers
• Establishing goals and analyze statistics to determine sales potential
• Maintain effective carrier relationships
• Negotiate and manage carrier contracts and rates
• Develop and maintain activity reports for Carrier Services
• Develop new carrier new carrier relationships routes
• Development of directs routes into emergent
• Identify and implement cost savings opportunities from providers
• Familiar with credit, provisioning, billing, disputes, code management, etc.
• Supervises a team of 6 based in the region.
Experience/Skills Required
• Experience in departmental management, performance management, and carrier negotiation.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and Spanish
Compensation
